Formation system :
1. It is a non-political organization.2. To be member of this organization will be passed at least SSC.
3. Fill in a registration form to become a member of this organization to everyone. (Fees apply)
4.Bongram school students or other school students who had studied in the area.They may be a member of this organization.
5.All member of this organization shall be bound to comply with implementing the decisions of the committee.
